Nintendo issued a press release that stated that the Wii will only be available for media and retail representatives. That leaves over 100,000 people without a chance to play-test the console. Why deny themselves of such exposure? Well the title of the press release should be enough explanation: ‘Nintendo is keeping up the suspense’. However, Falafelkid from Definitive Wii Speculation, who translated the press release says:
However, Nintendo promises a tour, probably like the Nintendo Fusion Tour, that will bring the console “effectively to everyone´s doorstep.”
While his connection to the Fusion Tour is speculative, it does support those who expect the Wii to be playable at the Fusion Tour.
