Nintendo has announce a new accessory for the Wii Remote in a press release from nintendo.com. The device, seen above, attaches to the expansion port of the remote and "allows for more comprehensive tracking of a player’s arm position and orientation, providing players with an unmatched level of precision and immersion."
More information will be available at Nintendo’s E3 press briefing later this week.

Ha! Figured this was the case. Finally, they patched the damn thing so it will do what everone hoped it would do.
Also: . . . damnn. This is gonna be another US$20 isn’t it?
Well is this going to precisely track my movements in relation to the Wii peeing game?
Can it act as a virtual penis now?
There, I said it.
@Link: I’m sure.
Well, I’m writing on all this crap tomorrow, so I guess you’ll just have to read my article to find out. :P
Ill be seeing it first hand like you xD
Good, this is what the system needed from the beggining. The accelerometers just are too inaccurate for anything useful.
