Earlier this month Valkyria Chronicles, the upcoming Strategy/RPG from SEGA, got the Pleasant Surprise Release Date Bump treatment in Europe, jumping from mid-November to October 31st. North American gamers, however, received no such similar announcement, leaving the release date at November 11th.
It seems, though, that SEGA has been quietly bumping up the release date for the North American launch. Sites like Gamestop and Amazon have changed their shipping dates from 11/11 to 11/4. No official word from SEGA, but the new date on numerous reputable store sites leads us to believe that North America is also getting the game earlier than expected.

I always wonder why companies publicize when a game gets delayed, but never say a word when the release date gets pushed forward…
The world of product marketing is a closed book to me.
Well, at least that means I get to lose sleep faster!

Loved the demo, and after seeing IGNs review, i’ll definately be picking this one up! (i believe they gave it a 9/10)
