It was about time more details appeared about Resident Evil Wii. With the Japanese Wii preview going on as I type this, its high time for this. Famitsu announced that the new Wii Resident Evil will be titled Umbrella Chronicles. The game will tie in what happened in previous titles and the parasite plot of Resident Evil 4. Capcom is expected to release more information on RE: Umbrella Chronicles at TGS. The game is being led by the guys in charge of the PS2 port of RE4 and RE:DS. For those who have read the much famed Resident Evil novels this will be a test of endurance as that series has long explained what happened to Umbrella.
