The Complex promises live machinima

Machinima is becoming quite a busy field lately, with tools becoming every more accessible to creators we can enjoy such delights as the G-man prancing around a mountain of TV’s. Machinima allows us to indulge ourselves in the pleasures only old time aristocrats could. Minus the opium, most of the time. But virtual jackassery aside, there are some projects out there that show much more depth and elaboration. The Complex is one of them.
The AV Club (yes, like that bastion of geek culture) has been gearing up to produce a live Machinima show. Using Valve’s Source engine they have created a group of sets where they can perform their live shows. The Complex is based around an apartment building, and may or may not contain recipes for cooking headcrabs.
