The Beatles: Rock Band Cinematic Intro
Tuesday 16 June 2009 @ 9:10 pm | By Sol 8 CommentsYou may not enjoy rhythm games, you may not like The Beatles music, but you have to acknowledge the impressive work done by production house Passion Pictures. Fans will notice references to historic events, famous photos, and career highlights in the cinematic intro to The Beatles: Rock Band. I can argue The Beatles coming to the Rock Band franchise will be like the others sans some bells and whistles, but with as much attention to detail as it appears has gone into developing this title I’m sure it will be an earthquake of a tri-console release. However the limited edition bundle currently being priced at $249 makes it a tough thing to swallow.

Until then, i can only dream of an 80’s british band. Joy Division or New Order can be good, sans noose.
I’d KILL for some New Order in rock band!!
I just want an 80’s version. Keytair anyone…
the first time i saw this my jaw dropped…
i like the Beatles well enough… i was blown away by this promo…
This video popped up during E3, and it was gooooorgeous! it’s nice to see a better quality version floating around now.
They did such an awesome job with the opening. Can’t wait for the game.
And that’s all I need.
I just saved $250 bucks. Thanks Sol.
They put some very well known songs and one i am not familiar with, albeit, a great one.
The beast The Beatles are riding at the end of the promo astonished me. Kind of like looking at a cosmic elefant-walrus. Also, some of the creatures also resembled or kind of had the style or spirit that emmanates from the beasts and beigns of The Yellow Submarine.
All in all, a very dynamic promo, withough awkward or very bullet-time affects that plague some movie trailers out there.
I’d say this is the best out of the other ones
