Tales of Symphonia OVA: Tethe’alla chapter gets green light.

If you’re a Tales of Symphonia fan then you might have gotten quite upset after finding out that the so-waited OVA covered just around 35% of the story, when Lloyd and company are about to warp to Tethe’alla. Well, it seems Bandai Namco Games heard the fans and recently announced at the Tales of Festival (event dedicated to everything related to the ‘Tales of. . .’ franchise) that Tales of Symphonia: Tethe’alla Chapter has now a green light for production.
This new addition to the original will also come in OVA form, although it’s still uncertain how many episodes it will consist of. A great announcement for the Tales of Symphonia fans, waiting just for the right moment for Lloyd to shout “Demon Fang!”

That’s good. It always seemed odd that they only OVA’d the first half of the game. Not that they did a bad job, so I’ll be sure to watch the second half whenever it rolls around.
Bitchin’.
Fucking awesome! Like taco said, it was very odd that they did only the first half without any mention at all if they intended to make the second one.
About time! I was wondering if they were just gonna leave us hanging. I wonder if they’ll keep the OP. I kinda open hope they do ;_;
I’ve seen that most of the Tales Of… OVAs have excellent music, like Symphonia and the Tales of Phantasia OP.;
A bearable style of new age, without going into the cheesy part.
I agree with Velcor, one of the reasons I continue to watch the OVAs are for the music. (that’s just me though…)
That sound good. I really like tales of symphonia, and when i saw the four ovas of sylvarant i said: Men That can not stop there.
I’m so happy
well, Adios amigos
AWESOME!!!! I can`t wait!!!! I love tales of symphonia!! ^^
oh yeah and The new Tales of Symphonia game is already out in Japan so it’s just a matter of time till we get more of our favorite heroes’ adventures!
I can hardly wait!
Thats good news, I really loved watching the OVA’s. Now that that worry has been relinquished, onto my next one, hoping that they will make an OVA out of Knights of Ratatosk.
Does anyone know when the actual release date is?
They slowed down the production since the making of Knights of Ratatosk (Dawn of the New World)
But according to trailers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXIj-OZbDn0), they havent given up on it, its set to 2010…
