Suicide Babies: Terror Messages In DS Baby Pals – Islam Is The Light

We must remain vigilant. We must remain strong. The terrorists can strike anywhere, at anytime. The fear they hope to instill in our psyche ultimately has no bounds. For this my friends, is clearly evident through a carefully placed audio file found in Crave Entertainment’s Baby Pals. It takes cunning and skill to execute covert tactics of this magnitude. The multiple checks and balances that are designed to stave off such psychological attacks have failed us.
There are multiple points of interest we should be aware of with this troubling game. First the rating: ‘E’ for everyone. Second, the intrusion method. By releasing this “game” on a portable platform like the Nintendo DS we fail to recognize the scope of this problem. It’s PORTABLE! Hundreds, if not thousands of brainwashed tweens could be found playing this game at school, on the bus, in an airport, on Royal Caribbean cruises…we are not safe.
I’ve compiled a dossier of information and all clues point to the hidden audio file that, upon washing and scrubbing your baby pal, the incantation, “Islam is the Light” is uttered. The phrase echos in you mind, over and over again. Slowly, but surely wearing down your will. Do not succumb to terrorist trickery. “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you FREE”.

Is this a joke??? This is the DUMBEST thing I’ve ever heard of, and that was the stupidest piece of “journalism” I’ve ever seen. Yes, they’re all secretly programming us to believe in Islam via the Nintendo DS, which is made in the terrorist country of JAPAN.
It is a sarcastic post buddy. It is not meant to be taken literally. Google search “Islam is the light.”
You will find that some right-wing lady went berserk when she was playing her kids game and discovered that there is an audio clip in the game that utters something that sounds like “Islam is the light.”
If that really is the audio snippet from the game. then i DO hear that in there. but if it’s been edited in, then blegh! lol
It is real
“How dare my children hear such evil language!”
FYI a response from Crave:
In creating the Nintendo DS game “Baby Pals”, the game developer Brain Toys / InXile used sounds files to simulate the life like baby noises and babbling. The sounds are publicly available for license. It is a recording of a 5 month old baby babbling non-intelligible phrases. In over 200 hours of testing the product, no recognizable English words or phrases were discernable.
The sound in question of this babble may sound like the words night, right or light, but it is only coincidence as the baby recorded was too young to pronounce these words let alone a whole grammatically correct phrase.
We at Crave Entertainment and InXile regret that there was any misinterpretation of the baby noises and in no way have intentionally put any words or phrases into the baby sounds.
We hope this eases any concerns and fans continue to enjoy playing the game.
It’s a shame people actually have to explain this stuff.
I completely agree. Makes me think of the warning labels you find on power tools.
