It seems the intent of this trailer is to remind us that this is a Sonic Team game. There’s no new gameplay footage, but it seems to be setting a tone much different from previous trailers.

 

Sonic Unleashed will be released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and Wii in November.

      Eeehhh.
      The return to 2D gameplay is good, but the new setting for the series…
      It looks like they are putting the Blue Blur on to our Earth (which would explain the European locales and this teaser video). And on top of that, it looks like he will turn into a werewolf. A hedgehog turning into a werewolf.
      EeEeEeHh.
