From the "oh god that’s really sad that you want that, but it looks cool" file. (I like making files up.) Different versions of Saber from the Fate/Stay Night series, and various versions from the extremely popular visual novel, have been released in Dollfie form.

For those of you out of the loop, dollfies are extremely well made dolls that you can pose, basically the highest form of otaku goods and quality. Well probably not the "highest" due to a lot figures that people take the time to make themselves, like the mold, and the casting and painting process. Like this VERY VERY well done Chen (from Touhou, curtain fire top down shooter, look it up) as demonstrated in this video from nicovid, which I made accessible to all to see. If I had to say both are on the top tier of otaku goods.

Back to the dollfies, the first version to come out was the armored version that we are all so familiar with (pictured above), it was released a bit ago so its extremely difficult to find let alone buy. If you do the price they are asking for is a cheap ¥100,000… That’s roughly $1000. 

The next is a costume set for the previously mentioned version (pictured above), is the Dream Saber costume set that goes for ¥12,800, that will premier at an event in Tokyo on December 7th.

This version which will appeal to fans, is the Alter version of Saber (once again, pictured above). The story on her is that, when you pull the ahoge, (the stray hair on top of her head that sticks up.) Her alter ego poofs in, which is obviously an evil version. How her clothes, and hair style change is a mystery to me. This version is going for a, still not that cheap, but considerably more appealing ¥50,000. 

On the more rare side, the last two versions are the "going out" and "maid" sabers. I don’t know about you, but I think "going out" Saber’s outfit is pretty hot. Personal note for any girl who’s interested :3.

Finally, if that’s not awesome enough there’s always the life sized version that you can find.
