Yes and no. I think it was meant as big brother, but having the devil watching you do things makes me think oni should be photoshopped watching you “X” from the ceilling :)

I assume you mean “onii-chan”, which would make more sense in the “big brother” context. Doesn’t “oni-chan” refer to the devil (well, oni), with some sort of weird context that the -chan honorific conveys? =\
