Giant Gigantor Construction Has Started

You know how it is with technology and the Japanese. They cant build one giant mecha when they are already starting to build the next one. In this case its this 60 foot tall Gigantor statue, which we had heard nothing about for quite a while. At this rate the statue will be finished well before its fall debut and will, as depicted, command the attention and awe of every bystander in a 100 feet sector. Well except for that guy in the pink jacket to the left, he’s not impressed.

All we need is now a nice “Johnny Socko” or anything like that. A Kotaro would be better, as always he he heeee
Ah anyway, up next should be an Evangelion or at the very least Rahxephon.
No giant Godzilla? Oh, a 1:1 of that would be too big.
eva seems like a nice follow up to the series of giant mecha xD
How many of these are the Japanese gonna build? I’d honestly like to see a life sized Eva unit! (or the shotgun hand from flcl!)
Or Gurren Lagann :o
I’m ok with the Beetle-robot’s size.
I actually remeber watching this tv series from back when I was a kid in Korea. It was on video tapes and it was mostly black and white. They would control this with a controller with only 2 joy stick. Wonder what those 2 joy stick exactly control ㅋㅋㅋ
Power and awesomeness.

It seems that in Spain they did not only erected a Mazinger statue but also named an urban complex Mazinger Z. Talk about something kind of shameless!

This is even better!
I hope this would be more mobile than the Gundam
this one is more of a sculpture than anything else… i doubt it’ll move o.o
Oh whoops, silly me :p. Leaving it on the street seems like a good chance for it to get vandalized.
