First New Evangelion Movie Dated For Release

Hideaki Anno, who is currently directing the new Evangelion movies has announced that the first of the 4 new evangelion movies in the works will be released September 1 of this year on Japanese theaters. If you are lucky enough to live in Japan, you might want to ride your eva bike over to your local cinema and score the first tickets.

If you don’t live in Japan, expect a rushed fansub a week or two after the movie opens.
