Dude, I totally hear you. It astounds me that Square-Enix are trying so hard to ‘appeal’ more to western gamers when they dont even need to, all of the previous sales of the FF titles prove they don’t need to make the games more ‘western.’ I was truly disappointed with FFXII, and whilst I dont think XIII will be able to match up with VII, VIII or X, it’s at least looking more promising than XII.

Genre straddling, kinky. Maybe there’s some actual role-playing elements in XIII. Or maybe you can see your equipment on your character.
