Yep, you heard right. The legendary videogaming company Factor 5, responsible for masterpieces like Turrican 2 and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron has some now-not-so-secret plans of doing a project with the Wii hardware. Julian Eggebrecht, president of Factor 5, confirmed to IGN Wii that the studio is doing at least 1 new game for the Wii and, better yet, not a port. No more details could be sponged out, but he made an important note stating that the new game wouldn’t use the old stuff they did in Rogue Squadron, they’re re-doing everything!
Awesome news for us awe-inducing videogame enthusiasts, let’s just hope this gets done soon.
