In true biblical fashion E3 rises from its grave as Gandalf the White GamePro Expo. IDG (International Data Group), who organizes other conventions such as Macworld, will be in charge of the event with the blessing of ESA, who organized E3.

This event will be a public event, which means everyone can get in, unlike E3, where everyone who’s friend’s cousin’s sister’s childhood boyfriend worked at a GameStop could get in. The event has a targeted attendance of 30,000 and will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, where E3 was held, from the Th until the 20th of October 2007.
