Dust Game, Not Much Of A Game But More Fun Than Most

How ‘game-like’ does a game have to be to be a game? No, I’m not making an attempt at the shittiest tongue-twister in history, it’s an honest question. Take Powder Game, above, for example; it’s more of a material simulator than a game, there’s no score, no objective and it can play itself given the right conditions, yet it’s mind-blowing fun. It’s games like this that manage to bring me back to that sense of wonder we felt for games when we were 9 or 8 years old, if only for a moment.
