One the first memorable mascots for a cyber-punk anime can now be ours in the living flesh (or plastic). A Tachikoma robot from the Ghost in the Shell series that can connect via USB to your comp, install its included software (Tachikoma Agent) and make it do a buncha geeky things: Play music and record voice messages to say the least. Retail price: 13,440 yen (around $130)

Release date goes around February 2008 so now you have an alternative in case you don’t find your Smash Bros. Brawl in stock.

    sorry, but recent polls have shown that Tachikomas have high levels of Kawaii and Robo-Moe, resulting in deciding them for the dolls. :’/
