SPOnG is bringing in the controversy and bold claims as they usually do. This time they claim that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will be a game of truly epic proportions. The article claims Nintendo stated that it would take Link 45 minutes to ride across the Hyrule on a horse. And doing some voodoo magic math they’ve come to the conclusion that from corner to corner Hyrule would be bigger than 400 square miles.

While this would mean that Hyrule would be on about as big as WoW’s Azeroth, it assumes that Hyrule is square (which it has been in the past) and that there are no obstacles whatsoever in the road. This could influence in Hyrule appearing larger or shorter, I just hope it wont be as dull as sailing in the Wind Waker.
