I’d love to go to Japan one day. There’s a lot to worry about when going to Japan. The language barrier, customs, travel expenses where to go and what do to once you get there. But what would worry me more than anything would have to be the food. Japan is a country that is big on seafood. Me? I hate the stuff. I’ve disliked seafood for as long as I can remember. I can handle a tin of tuna, but that’s as far as my seafood endeavors are willing to go. That fish in the picture above was served to a couple of guests on SMAP’s cook / chat hybrid show Bistro SMAP. If somebody placed that fish in front of me I don’t know what I do. I know what I wouldn’t do though and that’s eat it. It reminds me of a moment in The Simpsons when Mister Burns was made to eat Blinky, an orange 3 eyed fish. *shudders*
So how about you. What foods do you dislike and avoid like the plague?

Tuna fish. =P
A big blinky fish (like the one from Springfield) would be worst, though, today’s fish have either mercurium, lead, or european-semen
Food I advoid like the plague….
Mexican (something about resturant sanitation and uncooked meat. Although Taco Bell is an expection)
Anything with beef (Mad cow disease paranoia)
that’s about it for me. Personally, I grew up with seafood, so I love it…as if I had a choice

i was in japan in 04 and there’s enough american fast food chains in tokyo that you would ever have to eat seafood as long as you’re there. I saw a fucking Denny’s there!
as for me. i avoid anything that looks, smells, or sounds gross. like the fish pictured. whole fish dont bother me, but that eye semen/puss coming out is fucking gross. do not want.
