Ok guys we’re going to try something different today. I watched Kite Liberator this afternoon and I just felt like it needed to be reviewed, so I created this one minute review of Kite Liberator. I’ve wanted to try out the whole one minute review concept for a while and so here it is. If you guys like it we might do more, so speak up!
P.S. One minute is more of a guideline than a rule, actual review is 1:18 plus intro and outro. Transcript after the break.

Today on the early hours of the morning a group of 300 riot police officers raided Meave street in downtown Mexico City, a place known as a Mecca for piracy, looking to confiscate pirated Video Games and arrest the people behind the operation. Things didn’t go as planned though, as tens of store owners and patrons attacked the police from 5 different flanks. The fight went on for hours until 3AM when the merchants retreated, some people got arrested and a huge amount of consoles, mod-chips, pirated games and even hacked arcades were confiscated. In other news I’m leaving on a plane to go bribe the police evidence depot guard.

As a moderate Mortal Kombat fan, ever since I got MK:Deception ( 6 for the ones who actually count the series) I was astonished by the fairly long intro video showing some characters babbling some spells and wiggling their arms in all ways possible, attempting to hit the adversary, the story mode with crap dubbing, and the weird 3-style figthing.
Now with their new installment, MK: Armaggedon, they return, and with a surprise everyone was waiting for: ALL MK characters will be in it!
On a side note: Is that a Mayan temple in the background?!
I hope they get all 3 sub-zeros in action. Ha! Take that, timelines!

FaithNaked over at The Girl Gamer (awesome blog) has come up with a list of what she considers some of the most violent and sexually charged games. The purpose? an effort to show that the media’s fixation with Grand Theft Auto and the whole Hot Coffee saga is truly meaningless effort and a waste of resources worldwide. From the blog:
With all the talk of Video Games and how bad they are for our youth, I decided to give a short list of some of the worst video games for violent, and sexual content that have ever hit the main stream market. And trust me, some of these games will make Grand Theft Auto look tame.
The list does feature a few must-be titles like Postal and Chiller but others, like Splatter House, stray from the goal. But considering its not a top # list its worth a read and passing the link to your friends. We’re so disappointed that C’sware Dividead isn’t there we just might piss on some corpses!
