September 26 is just around the corner and Lucky Star fans will already have this day with all kinds of memos, highlights and alarms. The release date for the Lucky Start OVA is what’s happening and we all need our ever-increasing dose of Konata. I wonder how many people will be waiting in line days before launch day, considering the huge turmoil it caused in anime history. If I were there, I’d probably go too (I refuse to even ponder if that’s a good thing or a bad thing).

As you can see, The dog in the first trailer will be voiced by our favorite average Joe, Shiraishi Minoru. Also, the show finally makes footage of the MMORPG Konata and her teacher play. Looks awesome? All points it will BE awesome!

I really hope they keep the Lucky Channel section, Lucky Star wouldn’t be the same without it, although this looks like a great addition for the series! Too bad it will be just one episode.
