After a few centuries too long, everyone’s favorite gun-slinging vampire is going into retirement. Young King Ours, the magazine that saw Hellsing from its humble beginnings just published the last of the manga. Hirano Kohta is already planning his next project, which will begin early next year. No word on if his new project will contain supernatural creatures and breasts that randomly change in size, Kohta’s trademarks.
The 9th volume of the manga in America comes this month after over a freaking year since the release of the last one. Fans, good luck avoiding spoilers for a couple of years.

That above is, as if not obvious, the box art for Dragon Quest Swords for the Wii. I’ve never been one to give much importance to a game’s cover and neither have I been a big fan of the Dragon Quest series. Nonetheless the art for Dragon Quest Swords is pretty alluring which is actually making me want to play it, if only to see more of that gothic lolita girl in the cover.

Its time for a little relaxation and eye candy, wouldn’t you say? How about this Aya Hirano photo shoot video? She’s the Seiyu who gave voice to Haruhi Susumiya, Misa Amane in Death Note and currently Voices Konata in none other than Lucky Star. In this photo shoot for Japanese magazine Voicha! Aya breaks from her usual good girl style when she’s transformed into a full gothic lolita, Internet gold I tell you!
Although, for being a voice actress her everyday voice seems… less than appealing to say the least, you may watch it in mute and spare yourselves the experience.

For those of you who have been meaning to watch Rozen Maiden but will never really do it, or those who, like me, dont have any intentions of watching the series on my own, I give you Rozen Maiden in a nutshell.
Anyone who ever said it needed more desu, well, it doesn’t. I think 527 desus are enough for the whole Internet and then some.

The latest edition of gaming magazine, Game Informer, has some new and revealing details on one of the earliest and most shady Wii title yet. I’m talking of course about Nibris and their game Sadness.
Previously everything known were but tid-bits of information regarding the era and theme of the game. Now GE brings news that Sadness, which has roughly 15 hours of gameplay, players control Maria (seen above). Maria has to protect her brother, Alexander, after a train wreck left her both stranding in an eastern European town and rendered her brother blind.
A mysterious plot starts to unravel as Alexander beguines behaving oddly and Maria tries her best to take care of him, surviving with only what her environment provides her with. Also, the game will sport 10 multiple endings depending on the story choices you make.
This game has picked my interest ever since the concept was announced and I get even more hooked with every new detail I learn. Lets just pray to the gaming gods it doesn’t end up being another Necronesia.

Seems like the whole lot of PS3 resellers on eBay are getting pretty desperate in getting you to shell out your hard earned cash.

A large number of exposed bosoms and even a goth and a gothic lolita (my favorites)to get your attention. Well they’ve got my attention, but not my money. A lot more pictures at Random Routine.
PS: This, once again, proves that cosplay can sell anything, even in America!

Gothic Lolita themed game Rule of Rose sure had its moment of infamy. When culture clash made Americans and Europeans alike go trigger happy on blaming the game for pedophilic tendencies every geeku out there turned his head and said “wha..?” The game later found a US publisher willing to take the risk and release the game. Europeans weren’t so lucky, until now..
505 Gamestreet will publish the game in October and the nice guys at Computer and Videogames dot com have released a batch of new screenshots to satiate your perfectly normal and rational lolita lust.
