You’ll remember earlier this month Pangya (Super Swing Golf) announced a tied event with Vocaloid’s Hatsune Miku. Back then we didn’t know what it was going to be, Miku as a playable character? As a caddy? As a skin? It was all in the air!

Well as it turns out the event ended up being a Miku outfit for Kooh plus a song called ‘A Shiny Day REMIX’ was set as the BGM for the West Wiz and Wiz Wiz courses. The song is the basic background music for those courses but with Miku singing along.

Just recently the Japanese website for Pangya, also known as loligolf or Super Swing Golf, announced a mysterious event tied in with Vocaloid’s star Hatsune Miku. No other details are given but a reveal date of may 22.

Could Miku make an appearance on Pangya as a playable character? A new caddy? Who knows, but I’m as excited as Bob’s silhouette! Too bad this will never see the light of day on Albatross 18, its international counterpart.

Well, well, Wii owners have good news, Pangya S2 is being advertised on Japan, and what better way to calm the beast inside you that craves for Smash Bros. Brawl than to be playing some impossible Golf courses with balls that explode and spin more than they tend to?

More modes are available, apparently the Approach game from S3 and a Distance game, with portals and everything. I really hope they bring it to the U.S. like S1.

Why is Mr. Woods smiling? Its because there were no updates today! I needed a small break from things and so I played an old classic, Freespace 2, for a couple of hours too much. But we’re not going to let that bastard show his HD-smile for much longer! Updates resume tomorrow, weather Tiger Woods wants so or not! This would be a nice time to join us! *wink*
