In video games, as in life, there are amazing feats that have to be seen to be believed. We call them high scores, speed runs and ‘ZOMG HAX!1′. And we call those who accomplish them pros, fucking geeks, 1337, champions. In the next few days we will bring you a recollection of some of the most amazing feats in Wii Sports, the greatest moments of the Wii Sports Champions.

Welcome to the last day of our Wii Sports Champions series, today we’ll be looking at boxing.

First Jaden0707 shows us his bag punching skills, bags in 2 hits? Impressive.

Next we’ve got MewKenny showing us his technique for defeating pro level AI. In his own words “Just wait for the slow motion and hit your opponent ;)”. Winking emote indeed.

Jaden0707 is back for our last video today with a video showing his winning skills for boxing. Sure he also uses MewKenny’s technique but he has superb blocking skills and a 3000 pro score. That and well, he’s featured twice in this update! Jaden, you are today’s biggest Wii Sports Champion!

Is E3 dead? That was the hot topic this weekend! We where busy having a disco dance-off but we emerged victorious and now we have to play catchup with the news. For those of you who don’t know what the hell happened here’s the low down:

Next-gen.biz posted news that a supposed insider gave them.
This source claimed E3 was to be canceled due to major expositors pulling out support.
Everyone waited in creepy suspense for official word from ESA on the future of E3.
ESA calmed the outraged public by announcing that E3 would cease being the huge show-floor event and would become a much more ‘intimate’ event.
This new event is to be called E3Expo (brought to you by the department of redundancy dept.)

So here’s my opinion on all of this.

May the rats eat your eyes!!.. again. To the sound of a million Nintendo fanboys crying in rage, Silicon Knights’ Denis Dyack is saying he’d like to expand the Eternal Darkness world with another story. We’re not talking rumors or good wishing, the man said “absolutely yes”.

Perhaps this comes at a bad moment for Silicon Knights, the response they got to their E3 showing of Too Human for the Xbox 360 was less than spectacular. With fans of the original Eternal Darkness already demanding that Silicon Knights get back with Nintendo. Seems like the Rare syndrome to me, you still make decent games but the magic touch is gone.
