Sega have a new DS title on the way and it’s Nintendogs, but with Cats instead of Dogs! The game is tentatively titled Dream cat. But that title sounds shit, boring and lacks impact. So instead we’ll refer to it as Care for pussy DS. Care for pussy DS is pretty much Nintendogs, right down to the interface. You poke and prod your pet, stroke it, feed it, buy it toys and pretty much keep it happy. The main difference between Care for pussy and Nintendogs is that in Care for pussy your feline companion can hop up onto your furniture and interact with it. Also, users will be able to interior decorate their living space. In Nintendogs you could move into a new living space and that was it. Care for pussy goes one step further by allowing users to purchase tables, chairs, sofa’s and even a flat screen TV!
Given what a mammoth success Nintendogs was (and still continues to be), you can bet this game will end up shifting millions. If this game allows for you to starve your Cat to death and beat it for climbing onto furniture and knocking the flat screen over, then I’m SO buying this game. Nintendo would never condone animal cruelty. But Sega have been butchering Sonic for years, so I know they’re down with it.
Care for pussy DS doesn’t have a release date as I write this, but I think Sega would be smart to release it around Christmas. It’s the one time of year that the game is guaranteed to sell and rope in the female gamers.

News in Japan are serious business. You don’t mess with the news, its all about the Nikkei, the latest technology advancements, the aging of the Japanese population and, of course, reports on cat rescues. Serious. Fucking. Business. Been a while since we last posted a Japanese TV clip.

Forget all about your R-type and your Touhou shooters, its all about the Neko shooter. The people from Nekogames, who make awesome cat-based flash games, made this cat shooter for Flash Game Festival 07. It has a great soundtrack, great sound effects and many many cats, longcats, hairballs and even Toro-kun. Go play it, and if you think its easy, the second time around gets much harder.

We’re all obsessed by measuring our…consoles and comparing sizes. We go as far as building paper and wood models to measure them up. But you know, now that all 3 consoles are out there somewhere we can measure them one against the other, although, a cat is fine too!
They’re obviously not lined by size so I’m going to assume the cat cost somewhere around $450.

This are a couple of videos showing off the PS3’s media capabilities. The first one showing the photo viewing system, the only cool thing there is a kick ass effect of photos falling on a table. The second one shows off the PS3’s music playing interface, nothing interesting at all there.

Japan is known around the world for its scientists. They develop cutting edge technologies and are always a couple of steps ahead in the latest must-have gadgets. But there’s a dark corner of Japanese science few know of, that is useless trivia.
Every year hundreds of japanese ’scientists’ put out dozens of questionable studies for morning TV shows. This time we bring you a small glimpse of that world, with cats! On this clip a group of people with white coats scientists try to determine just how heavy a fish can a cat carry. Science.
