Poll Results: Most Of You Dream Of A Plastic Waifu
Sunday 1 February 2009 @ 5:47 pm | By Ivan 'Nahu' Lozano 8 CommentsAnd the results are in! In our latest poll we asked you about your anime merchandise consumption. Figures, models, t-shirts, pillow cases (no need to hide it) and you bravely accepted the truth. 19% of you admit to buying more anime stuff than you probably should, a whooping 31% of you are still hanging on to that speck of self respect and not buying anything, even though your heart desires it.
In short, for every one of you who’d never buy a figure or scroll there’s more than 4 of you that dream of swimming in a pool of figures while exclaiming “mai waifus!”
Any brave souls willing to expose their buying habits in the comments? Also, there’s a new poll in place, hurry on and make your voice be heard!

I just got back from Ohayo con and probably bought more figures than I should have… again
I usually buy things on a scale of Cuteness, series, and art.
This goes for figures, posters, wall scrolls, etc…
Let’s here about you guys! I’m interested in what you guys say =P
Scale of cuteness, sounds like my GF, she buys stuff even if she doesn’t know were they came from. As long as she doesn’t start buying pillowcases of shojo boys I don’t mind.
Now I am gonna’ buy a your girlfriend a pillowcase with Simon from Gurren Lagann printed on it.
Ive seen that one, just looking at it makes you feel dirty.
Someone call me?
A Simon pillowcase?! “v” I want it, where can I buy it?
I’m very selective with what I buy. I have…. 4 figures and 4 scrolls. After years of being in the scene, this is a very very small collection.
A bit short of a dozen Gundam kits, a few figurines, gashapons, and wall scrolls. It’s not much, but it is a lot of pretty pennies.
Since 2006 i have not bought many anime things, except for my Uchiha Itachi wallet wich i think is BOOTLEG *loves China and Mexico*
Back in my youthful days i used to buy figures by the half-dozen a year, from 2002 till 2006. Nowadays im fine with a gashapon or a nifty cellphone figure on a strap.
