Who the HELL do you think we are?! You cant keep us down, not for long at least! We are back online guys! Boy those were some very interesting 24 hours. Hacking is not fun when you’re the victim kids! In the end with the help of some very powerful linux wizards we managed to battle the evil away.
As a result of this you may notice some slight cosmetic errors on the site for a while until we clean up the debris of war. The biggest casualty were the forums which had to take one for the team and went down in a blaze of glory. They will be back in the near future anyway.
So what did you guys do while we were away?
Alright guys, the May Comment Extravaganza is still going strong. You have been commenting and discussing more than before. Keep at it, remember every comment is one more chance to win the $50 gift certificate.
And talking about that, we have a few updates! Righstuf confirmed their availability for letting us buy an unofficial gift certificate since they dont officially have those. So go and do some window shopping at RightStuf, start making your shopping list.
On the other hand Hobby Link Japan does not offer gift certificates in any official or unofficial capcity so I’m sad to say they are out of the list of stores you can choose from. Perhaps at another time.
So keep commenting and discussing, if this contest goes well we might give stuff away again more often, much more often.
This month we are trying something new, we are giving out a $50 gift certificate at your choice store (see below) so you can get yourself something nice, who knows maybe buy your mom a couple of video games for mother’s day. So what do you have to do to enter? It’s easy!

The DDN May Comment Extravaganza!
A big apology to all our feed subscribers, be it via RSS or email, for 12 days our feed had been down but we just managed to fix it! Sorry about that, hope you are still with us! Actually, would be nice if you posted a comment if you are.

UPDATE: Its all resolved now, you should be able to access us without anyone telling you we are a danger to the internet at large! We’d still love to keep the internet terrorist cred though :3
Recently we had a little mishap with some malicious code that found its way into our front page via some embedded flash, it attempted to download malware into PC’s. Weak stuff that even the simplest of antivirus/spyware software should have blocked. We removed the code as soon as we found out, nonetheless we are deeply sorry and ashamed that this happened.
Seems like in this age of the interwebs you cant let your guard down even for a second, even Google has flagged us as a minor threat to the internet, we are like internet terrorists now and while that sounds badass its something we’re trying to fix. tskiller and myself are working on reviewing all of the website’s coding just in case. We hope to put this behind us as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding and do give your computer a good scanning if you use Windows.
Again, we are really sorry and in need of a hug from you guys.
We now have a Wii Friend code topic in our Dark Diamond forums!! If you haven’t registered as a user for out forums yet, then hurry up and get to it! *shakes fist* It’s quicker to register to our forums than it is to actually type your own Friend code.
If we get a nice bit of forum activity we will arrange Wi-Fi matches and the like. But this depends on you and can only be done if you register in the Dark Diamond forums and share your Friend codes. So chop chop! Get to it.

Happy new year dear readers, I hope you had a blast and recover fine from your intoxication of choice, if any. 2007 was a bittersweet year, it brought us shitty stuff like <stuff you dislike> but we also got <fucking awesome stuff you love> and Gurren Lagann. The 3 consoles finally had a chance to prove themselves in battle and so far its not looking to bad, hey we even got a Duke Nukem Forever teaser. This year will be better though, cant you feel it?
As for Dark Diamond you can expect to see more <fucking awesome stuff you love> or your money back, guaranteed! And if we don’t deliver be sure to contact our complaints department.

Hello again Dear DarkDiamond reader!
We have a few new updates for you, as you may or may not have noticed.
First off the Forums! Now are spam free! Thanks go to Nahu for his hard work for coding the anti-spam programs, and well, I helped as well.
Then the poll question has changed! Finally! I know, I’ll be working on the poll questions, as soon as i think of some good questions, right now I’m just thinking of the upcoming holiday season….
Small Boss is always related.
And finally, we want you to become a part of DDN! If you didn’t know we have a LOT of media for feedback, or just to hang out with editors and the like. And if you want to stop on by and say a word to Nahu or Myself or a few other editors, just join us on the IRC channel. #DDN on Rizon, if you need any help with setting it up and are new to the irc scene, just head over to the forums, and pm me or nahu, we’ll try to help out as much as we can.

As of right now Fadsy, Luminous Path, FBINinja and a bunch of other DDN friends are at Anime Central wreaking havoc on all that is holy. If you spot them be sure to say hi, or run. Running is the safest choice. Expect tons of pictures and reports as soon as they get back. May the world forgive us for what we have done, and for what they will do!
