If anyone above 18 claims to be a REAL gamer, just ask him / her if they played Snow Bros. for Arcade or NES. The real ones will tell you immediately the type of game: Puzzle where 2 brothers transformed into snowmen, turned their enemies into snowballs and threw them at other enemies to clear the floor. You were going up until you got to the last floor, where the 2 princesses that were held captive would be for you to rescue; The characters’ colors: (although that’s standard: blue for 1P and red for 2P), and the classic power-ups of the game: Red for Speed-up, Blue for Power-up, and Yellow for Range-up.
This was one of THE games I’d always play at the local arcade as a kid, and even though I always got to level 15 when I played, I would always be having the time of my day. So here it is, a retro video dedicated to my (and most gamers’) favorite snowmen: Nick & Tom (eat your heart out, Frosty!).
Great graphics, great music, and cheesy plot. . . what else would I ask for an arcade!? . . . maybe a beverage holder. . . wait, some already got them!

Yes! Snow Bros was (well, is) definitely a great game, I am a BIG fan of it. In fact, recently I just finished a pointleslly over-precise guide on the whole game, I think any Snow Bros fan will find it interesting:

Specially my “challenges” sections, where I dare to show some of the most obscure and hardest path on the game…
