Japan is a land of bizarre contrasts, you will hear that everywhere but few things exemplify this better than Japanese music. And even fewer examples of bizarre Japanese music best the surreal mix that is Under17. The band features the most cute overdone childish voice mixed with over the top guitar riffs and solos. Its truly been one of the most unique things to come about from Japanese music. Sadly the band broke up in 2004. But fret not dear readers, this is an Otaku Music Bit after all. This is Tenbatsu!
